Abstract

There are so many problems about curriculum, including the curriculum for children with special needs. For example, curriculum in inclusive schools cannot be applied properly due to the lack of human resources mastery on the curriculum itself. This study aims to find out how the implementation of curriculum for children with special needs in Lentera Hati School and what are the supporting factors and obstacles in implementing the curriculum. This research was field research that used a descriptive analytic qualitative approach.The results of this study are: the implementation of the curriculum at Lentera Hati School includes curriculum planning described in RPPM and RPPH which refers to the 2013 PAUD curriculum which is then modified by decreasing the learning achievement standards according to the students’ needs and abilities. Child classification is based on the student’s mental age and ability. RPPH is designed as flexible as possible because classes are heterogeneous. The core activities of learning refer to the development of Religious and Moral Values, Motoric Physical, Cognitive, Language, Social Emotions, Art and Creativity. Learning media are used to prioritize the effective and efficient and safe principles for students. The scoring system is based on assessment from the teacher and the results of therapy.Keywords: Curriculum, Children with Special Needs, Early Childhood Education.

Abstract

Growing character is one of the most important goals that must be achieved in all educational processes. Therefore all educational institutions must have the best model in the character internalization process for each student. The purpose of this study was to describe a model of character-based education. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of research that is the focus of analysis is Islamic Boarding Schools. Rahmaniyah Al-Islamy, Bogor, West Java. The method used is natural objects and natural data collection by participant observation. The results of the data if the research shows that the Rahmaniyah Al Islami Islamic Boarding School implements an integral character-based education model that includes aspects of aqeedah, spiritual, physical and intellect. The process of character internalization through a comprehensive approach, habituation, exemplary, discipline and civilization.

Abstract

Aims of this study is to reveal how the implementation of management of non-formal Islamic education institutions, supporting and inhibiting factors and steps taken in the framework of developing institutional management. The locus of this study was Al Hidayah One Roof Non-formal Islamic Education Institution in Ledok, Argomulyo Sub-District, Salatiga City. In the process, this study used a qualitative approach using the snowball sampling technique. Data analysis uses the Miles & Huberman Interactive Analysis Model which includes activities: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions and verification. The results obtained show that management is managed by the chairman and secretary, treasurer and head of each institution. The implementation of managerial functions has not been fully implemented. The main constraints include the lack of funding support, the lack of consistent attention to mosque takmir, the weakening of community support and the transfer of management status from singgel to family which has an impact on changes in work focus, domicile, and family factors. Some of the steps taken include conducting organizational restructuring and formulating a funding arrangement plan, procuring new human resources through regeneration and compiling administrative governance.Keywords: Management. Abstract

This study aims to find and describe the learning process of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) based on contextual activities carried out at MI Alam Alfa Kids Pati. This study uses a type of descriptive qualitative research with a participatory approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document review. While data analysis used an interactive analysis model including data reduction, data delivery, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results and discussion of the study that PAI learning based on contextual activity is the learning of PAI contextualist reconstructive, namely the creative effort in PAI learning to bring it closer to real life, so that PAI becomes applicable and implementative in accordance with life's demands. To achieve this, an understanding of the following matters is needed: 1) Understanding the meaning of PAI-based activities that are reconstructive contextualists; 2) The ability to choose the types of activities that are reconstructive contextualists; 3) The process of recycling a reconstructive contextual education process. Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah NU Raudlatul Wildan in Ngembalrejo Kudus village experienced problems in the implementation of learning recitation due to media constraints. The purpose of this study is that teachers in MI NU Raudlatul Wildan Kudus can develop their knowledge about learning media so that later learning media can be developed that have content in accordance with the characteristics of teachers and schools. The teacher has the ability in the field of media development. There is a spirit to make things creative, so learning Tajweed is not only with whiteboard media and handbooks. Teachers can create a different and pleasant learning atmosphere, so students will experience different experiences from conventional learning models. The training in making the medium of learning in the medium of science garden is effective in enhancing the understanding of tajwid reading law material in the subjects of the Qur'an hadith. The medium for learning the recitation of the science garden is an alternative learning media that can be used in the subjects of the Qur'an hadith in the legal material for recitation of recitation, namely the law of reading the dead.Keywords: Quality of Learning Media

Abstract

This study aims to increase the enthusiasm and learning outcomes of the Prophet'sHijrah to Medina with the learning model of Presto Class VII F Middle School 6Salatiga in the even semester of 2016-2017. This research was conducted in 6months, from January to July 2017, both from the preparation of proposals,compilation of instruments, collecting data, implementing Class Actions,processing and analyzing values, to preparing reports. The place of research inSMP Negeri 6 Salatiga. The research subjects were students of class VII F SMPNegeri 6 Salatiga in the even semester 2016-2017 which numbered 15 people. Datacollection techniques initially took value in the last semester about the results oflearning Islamic history, then carried out 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of fourstages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection, ending witha written test, then assessing and reflecting to find out the success of the researchobjectives is according to what has been formulated. Seeing the values in the initialconditions which experienced an average of only 42.66, while after the actioncarried out in the first cycle increased to 53.60. this experienced a very significantincrease, namely 24.64%, while in the second cycle reached an average value of78, compared to the value in the first cycle increased by 45.52% as well.Keywords: learning outcomes, migration of the Prophet, Kasteri Presto.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the problem of learning English in terms of internal factors and external factors in STAIN Bengkalis students. The researcher formulated the problem in the form of: a) how the description of the problem of learning English in terms of internal factors in STAIN Bengkalis students ?; b) how is the description of English learning problems seen externally in STAIN Bengkalis students? The research sample amounted to 310 respondents. Respondents were chosen randomly by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Before data collection, the instrument has been tested for validity and reliability for the validity of the data collected. The results of the study show; the picture of the problem of learning English is seen in terms of internal factors in STAIN Bengkalis students which are influenced by (1) attitudes towards learning; (2) learning motivation; (3) concentration of learning; (4) intelligence and learning success; (5) study habits; (6) ability to process learning materials and (7) ability to achieve. The description of English learning problems seen in terms of external factors in STAIN Bengkalis students is influenced by educators, namely lecturers who teach English that are less varied in teaching. Respondents were very aware that learning English was a necessity because English became an international language. From the questionnaire distributed to respondents the internal factors are more dominant in success in learning.Key words: Problems; learning; English.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of guardians of students who become workers from the morning until noon in the afternoon, and the progress of the times is very rapid with globalization they want the fulfillment of children's rights to get general and religious education in a quality management institution. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The concept of applying TQM at TKIT Umar Bin Khathab Kudus, internal and external analysis, evaluating school programs conducted at the beginning and end of the semester, principally; active participation of all parties, quality oriented based on user satisfaction, top down and bottom up management dynamics, instilling a culture of "team work" well, instilling a culture of problem solving through the concept of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action), and continuous improvement. (2) Implementation of TQM education in the development of curricula with the approach of hasanah at TKIT Umar bin Khathab Kudus; focus on customers, total involvement, measurement, commitment, continuous improvement, (3) the role of TQM education in improving organizational performance with the approach of hasanah prayer at TKIT Umar bin Khathab Kudus; obsession with quality, scientific approach, teamwork, education and training, controlled freedom, unity of purpose. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the self-management of outstanding RA teachers in Yogyakarta who are able to be role models. Qualitative research methods with psychological approaches are carried out directly to the object under study, in order to obtain all data relating to the self-management of high achieving RA teachers. Analysis techniques reduce data, present, draw conclusions and verify data. Data collection uses interviews, documentation, and observation, and tests the validity of the data with triangulation credibility.The results revealed that: self-management of outstanding RA teachers in Yogyakarta principally increased efficiently, were effective in work productivity, and functioned to foster self-character and competence to change better and become habituated to daily routines, as well as the influence of self-development on the performance of outstanding RA teachers in Yogyakarta is able to provide strength and produce a work ethic called hard work, and smart work, and sincere work that can foster positive, productive, and contributive behavior.
